Bootleg copies of free software?

And yeah, it is free software that Apple hasn't seen fit to release to 
the rest of us, but it is still free software.

I personally wait for Apple to release things officially or I use 
products I receive through the ADC, but it isn't like nobody else knew 
this was available via the P2P programs - I heard about it days ago in 
a face-to-face conversation.
