If you have a finished iMovie project that you want to transcode, you can
simply set the preferences in iDVD to the desired output format BEFORE you
output the project into iDVD.  Your DVD will be in the format you select.

Otherwise Cleaner 6 is a good and relatively inexpensive transcoder.
