[Ti] Visio-equivalent for OS X?

Once again...the "ONLY" app that can import Visio drawings in OSX and has
similar functionality is "CONCEPTDRAW".

As I stated before, I'm not all that fond of it but it does provide similar
Visio functionality on OSX. Nothing else comes close. Period.
