[Ti] New 1 Gig Powerbook and OS9

Apparently all the Powerbooks ship with OS 9 installed, but only the
Titanium Powerbooks (15") are bootable in OS 9. The others work fine with
Classic. 

Too bad if you have a bunch of applications that only work in OS 9 (at this
point, Quark and a bunch of Games that need Sprockets).
