prebinding

Viper:tmp:$ type redo_prebinding
redo_prebinding is /usr/bin/redo_prebinding
Viper:tmp:$ type update_prebinding
update_prebinding is /usr/bin/update_prebinding


Notice that update_prebinding internally calls redo_prebinding
