[Ti] 17" Powerbook-Speakers Sleep?

hmm, I can only guess the pop is the power turning back on for the 
speakers, and the sudden power is equated into an audibal burst through 
the speakers, nothing to be worried about though, as long as it isn't loud.

Curious, does your lid on your 17 seem to lay flat when closed, or is 
there a noticable wobble in it?
