[Ti] 10.2 on a Wallstreet?

I installed it but when I get to the OSX splash screen, the video goes
haywire and the backlight disappears.  Is this a known issue maybe?  I
zapped PRAM but that had no impact on this issue...

No, but there are certain tricks to make it work better. You should put 
a new HD with a goodly-sized cache in there, and you should also cork 
the RAM. Those two things made life easier for me running Jag on my ol' 
BAT-MO-BOOK.
