[Ti] Mail.app: assign a signature to a mail account

Yes, I want to tie a signature to an account. The problem is that if I
am at work I have to explicitly pick the From address, then make sure I
remember to check that it is using the proper signature. It is a hassle
and is something that Entourage has been able to do for a long time.
