Thank goodness, I don't have to bother. I was out of town when the update
was issued and missed it. When I got back it had already been pulled.

But I still wonder if Apple has exposed itself to this kind of action.
Lesser companies have been successfully sued for damages when they issued
software that turned out to be buggy to the point of being destructive.
