PCMCIA Flash Memory Reader/Writer

I'm looking for a PCMCIA adapter for Compact Flash and
Secure Digital - at the least.  A bonus would be if
Smartmedia and Memory Stick could also be read.

However, I have not been able to find a PCMCIA adapter
that can do BOTH CF and SD.

Any ideas?
