[Ti] CD drive doesn't see DVD

Sorry I was so hasty... I believe the list archives cover various ways 
to free up "stuck" discs in a PB.  My response was for if you put in 
discs and don't see the normal, expected action (such as iPhoto or 
iTunes opening).
