Don't do anything for few days.
My Ti 500 died several time for few hours or days without explanation.
I never found the problem. All I knew was that I could get it started
from another disc such as DiskWarrior and repair the HD. There was no
problem with the HD. The only thing I noticed was more heat in the
right upper corner where the power plug is. Occasionally, but not
always, the Ti came back to life after cooling off.
I gave up on my three year old Ti500 several times but it always came
back. Last time it died was five months ago and came back after Three
days. When I took it to the geniuses they didn't know what was wrong
and gave me $800 estimate. I guess it's electrical supply problem.
Let's say the Ti500 is fragile.
This is just my observation and anecdote.
