The feel of the keyboard is slightly more solid (no more "flex" of the
keyboard).

The layout is slightly different -- there's now a dedicated eject key, for
example.

Personally, I was at the point where I was coming up to the end of my
AppleCare coverage, my machine was really starting to "feel" slow, and I
will be getting a dual G5 for my multiprocessor work.
