[Ti] New Ti Powerbook

Well, you can still get refurb's Ti Powerbooks from Apple at prices 
that are lower than the Al Powerbooks.  They have 867's and 1-MHz units 
from time to time, soif you want a "new" one, you can still get it.  
Hence, the original question about which.
