I think Renaud is correct. Right before the aluminum 15.2's came out, 
Apple was selling Titaniums in 2 configurations:
867MHz/256/40/combo
1GHz/512/60/airport/superdrive

I bought one of the 867s one week before the aluminums were introduced 
(I knew they were coming, but I got a good deal).

The aluminum configs were (and still are):
1GHz/256/60/combo
1.25GHz/512/80/airport xtreme/superive
