F. Hill, Yes thanks for the feedback. According to the rep I called, a panel must review my Ti-Book based on the description I gave it. If it's true that the shell doesn't matter as much as its "innards", the only sticking point will be my Apple Authorized service replacement of the original DVD-ROM with a superdrive. So I am awaiting my empty box. - Jeff
