[Ti] Sensitive Touchpad

It's not static electricity - it's that my opposable thumbs hover over 
the trackpad while I'm typing. It's been an issue for me since 
purchasing a TiBook 550 in...01 - I think, and now it's a feature on my 
new iBook as well.

I just disable click and drag, but it would sure be handy, and it would 
be my preference to have it available.
