You should be able to find lots of helpful advice in the list archive  
on which 40, 60 or 80 GB HD to choose. I have changed mine from a 10 to  
a 40 without any problem. You just need to be careful about washers and  
screws and assemble things in the correct manner.

The archive is huge and _slow_ so don't attempt unless on a reasonable  
broad band. (Modem not a good way)
