2 libraries? I don't think so. Maybe, the next time you have the book 
opened to iTunes, and no external drive plugged in, you can make a 
new 'Playlist', and just drag the albums/artists/tracks that ARE 
based on the internal drive to the new list, and from there you can 
at least select the 'list' rather than looking at the Library.
