[Ti] Slow finder on a 17" Al

Nope, no startup apps. No 3rd party things (other than USBoverdrive, which
has never been a problem on other machines). I'm thinking archive and
install the system. Better than posting messagesd to boards and
troubleshooting things that shouldn't have to be troubleshot.
