[Ti] Forcing 400 to use external screen

I got it going, thanks to all that offered replies.
I took the drive out the busted Ti, put it in the good Ti, installed 
Panther and Remote Desktop. Now I'm good to go.
Got it working on the TV, but the resolution sucks. Not good for 
surfing as I thought it would be. Good for pictures tho.
Now to figure out what to do with it.
