[Ti] Forcing 400 to use external screen

[JPE]

I haven't tried the firewire since updating the OS. It was on os 9.1 
before. The network connection is working fine and I can access it via 
Remote Desktop.
If anything maybe I will relegate it to duty as my email and webserver, 
retiring the 6400 that has served that purpose for the last few years.
