well the story is still continuing! the forums where this James Bond 
story unravels is the "something awful" forums (sorry I don't have 
exact link)...

The scammer has taken delivery, and therefore paid the 25% import duty 
into the UK, although I want to see his reply to Jeff as much as you :D
