[Ti] OT OSX question

Dear list,

I am confused with Help. When I launch help viewer I cannot see my help
anymore. Now I started looking for the application and the files. However,
there seem to be three directories of Library on my computer. One is in root
of the hard drive one is under users and one in my own account. Where do I
have to have what installed under the Documentation and Help directories to
see all the help for all the programs all the time?
