[Ti] Transparent Dock

i've been using clear dock for a couple of years, as well as
windowshadex, and fruitmenu, all work great and i've experienced zero
kernel panics, no excessive cpu usage (unless you count itunes and
iphoto). i love unsanity's applications. clear dock rocks!
