[Ti] Strange screen behavior

I have what looks like thumb prints along the top menu and at the bottom
corner all of a sudden. I also have what looks like the top 1/2 inch of a
window running across the bottom of my screen. I 4 weeks out of apple care
and was wondering if anyone had any dianosiss for me. I am also looking to
buy intel stock. It's just that kind of week.
