It's up to the ListMom to decide who stays and who goes, what is and what
doesn't fit in with the List Charter and how to manage situations that fall
outside of the usual.

It's always best to contact the ListMom when you have issues with the way
the list is headed. Asking the list to police itself is usually an exercise
in futility, I'm afraid.
