Also, if you are in college, you can get a decent student discount.  
That's how I buy all my Apple products -> I may just stay in school  
for the rest of my life for the discount! Or at least continue to be  
employed by a University.

Apple used to have K-12 student/faculty discounts, but I think Apple  
removed them. You'd have to check.
