[Ti] Broken Power Plug Tip stuck in TI-400

Ugggh, bad idea...you can push the broken tip through the back of the plug
this way as well as score the receptacle...best tool for the job are
surgical needle tweezers.  If the tip is lodged in and won't come out then,
you are probably looking at needing to push it out from behind.
