I'm not sure I understand this. If you have a DSL modem, why do you need a 
dial up program? With DSL, you run PPPoE or PPPoA (Point-to-Point protocol 
over ethernet or ATM) and once configured, the DSL modem automatically 
connects each time it is rebooted (which should be hardly ever.)
