[Ti] CPU at 100%

Hi Guys,

For the past 2 days my CPU has been running on 100% even when I dont 
have many applications running. i did a top in terminal and this is 
what i got:

I fixed permissions and repaired disk and the fan is still on 
constantly. Any ideas why this is happening?
