[Ti] Painful shocks from Ti

I left off one line, I was wondering what to do about it, and how to 
properly check the voltage, current. I have access to an oscilloscope, 
DMM, test equipment, etc... and don't know the proper way to test the 
PB. It's out of warranty, so I don't think it's "fixable" via Apple.
