[Ti] Cant see blank disk on desktop or burn onto blank cd since i updated to 10.3.9.

Check your CD & DVD preferences in System Preferences and make sure  
blank CDs are set to either use Finder or ask upon insertion... maybe  
that pref was reset to ignore for some reason?
