You're right Steve. :-)

I hav now found a downloadable script on iScroll2 site that ran in 
Terminal and it returned the answer that my trackpad hardware didn't 
support W-enhanced mode.

So I can accept that, but now I'm curious what W-enhanced mode is and 
will try and find some sort of explanation for that. Any suggestion for 
a good place to find more info on that?
