[Ti] (slightly OT) G4 Al with Eudora Question

I am using Eudora 6.2 with a GH4 Akuminum to connect using a Sprint 
cellular connection. It collects messages fine, but sending takes 
5-30 minutes, meaning it doesn't connect with the server for many 
many minutes. There seems to be some sort of setting I do not have 
correctly set.

The same set up works fine with WIFI and dial-up. It is just the 
cellular connection that doesn't send properly.

What settings am I missing?
