John - of course, I also thought that they should be in one of these  
places, but in fact are nowhere on my disk (according to Spotlight)  
and for sure not in any of the places that you mentioned.

For example, Library only has:	

Arial Narrow
Arial Black
Arial
Arial Rounded Bold
