[Ti] Crashed external HD

The same thing happened to me as soon as i did my update at 10.4.3...
I thought the world was lost ... but then i went with a trick...

Connected the hard drive at a PC and started a format at NTFS ...  
seconds later i stopped the format and ... just plugged it in the  
TiBook again and everything was just like before...

To be honest i don't know how that happened!!!
I just decided that i did not want to loose the data and canceled...

And after i plugged it in the TiBook again everything was there and  
working...
