Two TiBooks i owned myself ...
One TiBook my girlfriend had, 8-|...
The remarks of the Apple-Guy when I did ask for garantee ;-)

It happens, when the TiBook was in really heavy 
duty, open, close, open, close, open, close...
My ones for sure always were ;-)
