[Ti] What's the currently available max Ti HD capacity?

Henry - as far as I know (I have an 80GB and need a larger one, so am  
currently looking) the 120GB/5400 is the largest/fastest internal  
2.5" disk.  A 100 Gb is available at 7200 rpm.
Pricey, though.
