[Ti] Ti Airport Problems

I have a couple of 800Mhz Tibooks (10.3.9) that do this occasionally. The
following procedure always works for me (except maybe twice):

1. "Turn AirPort Off" in the menu bar
2. unplug the Airport Base Station for 30 seconds to clear it out
3. plug the Base Station back in and let it reset
4. once all the status lights are going on the base station, select the
"Turn AirPort On" option from the Tibook's menu bar

If it doesn't immediately connect, select the network manually and make a
new "Location" in the Networks panel of the System Prefs.

The two times this didn't work, I had to reinstall the AirPort Base Station
software. In my case, it's not the card, it's software, but I've never
looked into it deeply enough to know exactly what the problem is.

Have you checked to see if this happens on another wireless network?
