Previously, I have had Toshiba, Hitachi, IBM disks in my Powerbooks,  
40 to 100 GB.

My latest is a Seagate Momentum 100 Gb 7200 rpm.

The high speed is definitely a user-advantage.  If budget is a  
limitation, I would choose speed over size.

I bought the Seagate by mail from an Apple supplier (ValCenter.ch)  
here in Switzerland.
