I would go Samsung or Seagate, preferably Samsung. Yes, it is true that the
Samsung HDs carry a 3 year warranty versus 5 years for the Seagate, but in
my experience (I deal with these things everyday), Samsungs operate at a
much cooler temperature, which is better overall for the other components in
your laptop.
