[Ti] Battery life indicator

So does it matter if it charges while you use it, or
always turn it off, etc.  I heard that was an old
wive's tale. 

I have also heard that I should have bought the 65W
charger instead of the 45W, although that was the
spec, so I didn't want to exceed it.  Any truth that
that would lengthen the life?
