[Ti] Powerbook screen in stripes

1.0 GHz TiBook with exactly same symptom except that you can alter how
screwy the display is by flexing the case/lid.  Gotta be a cold solder
on the mobo vid chip or other signal degradation (cable?) issue, imho.
