iTunes Rendezvous Crashing

I'm on a network with other Macs. I coworker can access my playlists 
using iTunes 4 with no problem. (After opening port 3689 in Sharing.) 
His iTunes shows up for me, but whenever I click on it to see his 
music, his iTunes app crashes. (He has port 3689 open also.) Any ideas?
