Using DiskCopy

Hello,
    I made an image using Disk Copy under OS 9 and containing just 3 files -
one jpg, one mpg and one bmp. The image seems to contain a desktop database
by default. Is there any means of creating this image without a DTDB using
DiskCopy so that I can compare ? .. by changing the options or something ?
