Personal Web Page Build Software for Jag

Hello All

Can anyone refer me to a Jag compatible software and/or tutorials to 
generate a personal web page?

I wish to display personal pictures from my digital camera for "free" 
viewing

The problem with the canned online storage sites is that a pass word is 
required for a guest to view the pix. I do not want that feature .
So  I guess that I have to generate my own web page to post the pix for 
the "world" to see
