A second option is to take the file:
  <your home directory>
     /Library
         /Preferences
             /Explorer
                /Favorites.html

And drop it on Safari - this will open a window with all of your "IE
Favorites" as links in it. This can be useful if you'd like to rearrange
them and not just import all of them. Click on the ones you like and add
them as bookmarks or open a second Safari window and go to the bookmarks
page ("Show all Bookmarks" under the bookmark menu) then just drag the links
into the bookmark window.

Good Luck,
Frank
