Drive 10 & Panther Bootup Compatibility

I have just noticed that I can not bootup using the Drive 10 CD ( V1.1) 
in Panther

Have tried booting from both System Preferences Startup and with "C" 
key depressed.

I see no related info on the Micromat web site

Also, no response to a couple of e-mails to their support site

Anyone out there experiencing the same problem in Panther and/or have 
some info on the subject?

BTW: DiskWarrior 3.0 CD does bootup in panther.
