Mike for Computer and a program that translates voice into writing/ iWrite

I have an iMac X.10.2.8 and Applework 6.2.9 also part. 9.2 program 348 
MB
I bought a Olympus DS-330 Digital Tape recorder with CD to place my 
words on a CD and on  my computer. I would like to translate it into' 
written word.' As the stores have different suggestions none of which 
was iWrite, I would appreciate any input  in finding a good speech 
translator.
